30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your shower routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your Silicone Body Scrubber, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, please contact us first at jacosta.perso@gmail.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused or gently used, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Note: If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
